Director Behavioral Health (Outpatient)

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer of the hospital and a dotted line to the Corporate Director of Behavioral Health Services, the Director of Behavioral Health oversees our clients Integrated Behavioral Health program. The Behavioral Health Director is responsible for the ongoing definition and execution of its vision, developing network relationships with the broader mental health community, and serving as a key contributor to our client’s outpatient clinical development and training programs in areas related to mental health and behavior change.
The Successful Candidate
The Director of Behavioral Health Services will possess the following skills, experience and educational background:
- Minimum of 3 years’ Leadership Experience in leading an inpatient or outpatient behavioral health unit
- RN preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong business acumen.
