The Position

Reporting to the CFO, the Business Officer Director is a key member of the hospital reimbursement team, responsible for timely billing and collections of all patient accounts for the hospital and clinics. This hands-on leader will manage the day to day operations of the business office, working collaboratively with leaders of other departments to further the mission and patient care capabilities of the hospital.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will be prepared with:

  • 3+ years of hospital revenue cycle management experience.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Excellent working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory compliance standards impacting hospital revenue cycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of success in high-accountability environments.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and common web applications.
  • Self-motivated, self-starting personality.
