HR Clinical Recruiter

Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Clinical Recruiter will recruit clinical positions for a 300-bed hospital that has provided high-quality healthcare for residents of southwest San Antonio for over 30 years and continues to be the only healthcare facility in this section of the city. Will screen applicants, set up interviews, make offers, collaborate with HR departments and Hiring Managers, attend recruiting events and a variety of other recruitment tasks.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be prepared with the following:
- Bachelors degree required
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and standard web-based programs.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform well under stress.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
